Caretech HR/HP Kit

The Caretech HR/HP Kit is a high-reach, high-pressure cleaning system developed to enable crews to remove persistent cargo stains and heavy contamination from elevated and hard-to-reach areas in the cargo hold. At the core of the systems is a 22-meter carbon telescopic lance, combining exceptional reach with low weight and high structural strength. The carbon construction improves handling and stability during operation, ensuring that the lance remains easy and safe to control even at full extension. The kit has been developed with hold cleaning companies to ensure that it is practical in use. It also comes with a sophisticated guide wire system that is adjustable over the full length of the holds, for vertical and horizontal control.

The lance operates at a maximum pressure of 350 bar, compatible with the HPC 280 and HPC 350 bar units, delivering powerful and efficient cleaning of stubborn dirt and cargo residues. The Caretech HR/HP Kit is supplied with two types of cleaning heads, offering versatility that sets it apart from the competition. The rolling frame with three turbo nozzles is designed for efficient cleaning of flat areas, while the tornado disc is optimized for angled surfaces and difficult spots. The combination of these cleaning heads guarantees consistent and effective performance under a wide range of conditions.

A heavy duty tripod with large wheels provides a stable base, and makes it easy to move the installation within the cargo hold. The flexibility with both a tornado head and a triple nozzle head allows the operator to adjust the spray pattern to suit different surfaces and contamination levels.
