For customers that want full control and insight of their vessels, we have developed the eCare Portal. This digital portal runs on all modern browsers and offers offline functionality for vessels when internet connections are down.
eCare Monitor
The Monitor module allows logging and monitoring of cooling and boiler water values, offering vessels a 6 month (offline mode) or unlimited history (online) of their system performances. The system also gives automated advice in case values are below or above the desired threshold.
When customers are under contract with us, the ships data can also be monitored by our water treatment experts. Should the vessel be flagged in orange or red zone based on values above or below desired threshold, custom advice can appear in the monthly report. For fleet managers, a comprehensive dashboard shows the latest status of the fleet. A simple click through on the orange or red colored vessels will show directly which of the vessels systems are causing the alert.
The logging values can also be customized on your desired level. This means that specific situations or systems for vessels can be integrated in the logging module, and will appear in the reports. We believe that you shouldn't have to adapt to our systems, we'll adapt to yours.
With the use of the Chrome browser, it's also possible to install eCare as an app on Windows and Android devices. We ensure our users the highest levels of security with data stored and exchanged via a VPS server.
