Dedicated support for your vessel - remote or onboard
FleetCare is our dedicated support program, giving tanker operators direct access to our cleaning specialists, laboratory chemists, technical experts and onboard supercargoes. Through our remote Cleaning Desk or onboard assistance, we help customers maximize the performance of Marine Care products, equipment and their fleet.
Our team provides cargo-specific cleaning advice, cleaning program optimization, wall wash preparation, UV graph interpretation, wash water analysis, stainless steel tank conditioning, troubleshooting and crew training. When needed, our laboratory and R&D department can perform additional testing and cleaning simulations using our unique Tank Cleaning Simulator.

FleetCare Cleaning Desk
As a customer of Marine Care, you can consult our cleaning experts for cleaning advice, troubleshooting or general assistance. Besides advice and training, our Cleaning Desk can also support your crews with interpretation of spectrophotometer graphs, wash water analysis and conditioning of stainless steel tanks. Together, we look at the cargoes, the required specifications, the vessels setup and the crew's experience. Our in-house supercargoes and chemists work with you to find a customized cleaning program.
FleetCare Onboard Support
Some situations call for having the expert present on board. Marine Care's experienced supercargoes can be deployed directly to your vessels to provide hands-on support throughout the cleaning operation. Putting theory, laboratory work and our experience into practice together with your Captain and the crew, we provide you with your a personalized guidance, tailored to your vessels needs.
Laboratory and R&D Support
Behind FleetCare lies a fully equipped laboratory and a dedicated R&D department. Our chemists carry out wash water analysis, troubleshooting, and specialized testing tailored to your needs. When standard solutions are not sufficient, we can run cleaning simulations using our unique Tank Cleaning Simulator, a tool that allows us to develop and verify effective cleaning solutions under controlled conditions, before they are applied onboard.
