AM Scale Remover Liquid

AM Scale Remover Liquid is a blend of non corrosive organic acid, detergents and surfactants specially developed for the prevention of scales in Vacuum toilet systems. AM Scale Remover Liquid is highly effective on urea stones and similar scales present in lines and headers of vacuum toilet systems.

AM Scale Remover Liquid is mainly used for preventing of Vacuum toilet systems.

For periodic cleaning purposes for the removal of scales, AM Scale Remover Powder can be used.

AM Scale Remover Liquid is directly dosed to the vacuum line behind the toilets. Per 5-10 toilets at least one dosing unit should be present. The dosing point should be furthest from the common header. Daily dosage is 50 ml per dosing point. It is preffered the dosing of AM Scale Remover Liquid takes place during the hours the toilets are used infrequent (evening/nightly hours) as the AM Scale Remover Liquid has time to react with possible present scale.

Increase dosage to 100 ml per day when scale starts to form in the lines of the vacuum system.

It is strongly suggested to request advise Marine Care for dosing points and dosing units.
