AM Scale Remover Powder

AM Scale Remover powder is a blend of non corrosive organic acid, detergents and surfactants specially developed for the removal of scales in Vacuum toilet systems. AM Scale Remover powder is highly effective on urea stones and similar scales present in lines and headers of vacuum toilet systems.

AM Scale Remover powder is mainly used for cleaning of Vacuum toilet systems.

For daily dosages to prevent scales in vacuum toilet system AM Scale Remover Liquid is to be used.

Prepare the section of the vacuum system to be cleaned. Ensure it is possible to circulate, no blockages are present and prevent dead legs. Dissolve 5-10% AM Scale Remover Powder in warm water. Flush the solution through the system for 1-2 hours. In case of heavy scale build up (> 5 mm) stronger AM Scale Remover Powder is required, but do not dose more than 20% AM Scale Remover Powder. When scale is still present reclean the system with a fresh solution of AM Scale Remover Powder.
