Careclean Alkaline RO-Cleaner

Careclean Alkaline RO-Cleaner is unlike any other alkaline cleaning agents on the market today. Its superior properties comes from the mixture of compounds that removes and dissolves hardness salts, emulsifies grease and organics and prevents bacterial growth.

Careclean Alkaline RO-Cleaner is used to effectively remove organic substances, microbial slimes, calcium, barium and strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride as well as iron, hydroxides and calcium carbonate.

Careclean Alkaline RO-Cleaner does not contain butyl glycol, is non-corrosive, non regulated and readily biodegradable per OECD 301D. Any cleaning that once required the use of dangerous caustics or flammable solvents can now be done in a safe and green manner.

For the cleaning of organic fouling and metal complexes from RO membranes, Careclean Alkaline RO-Cleaner can be safely applied. Use a 1 - 5 % solution to circulate over the membrane(s), for 15 - 120 minutes depending on the fouling rate.

The solution should be made with permeate or on other high quality water. Flush the membranes thoroughly with high quality water.

For the cleaning of organic fouling and metal complexes, from UF membranes, Careclean Alkaline RO-Cleaner can be safely applied.

Use a 1 - 2 % solution to backflush the UF membrane(s). The solution should be made with permeate or on other high quality water.

Use a 1 - 5 % solution to circulate over the membrane(s), for 15 - 120 minutes depending on the fouling rate. The solution should be made with permeate or on other high quality water. Flush the membranes thoroughly with high quality water.
