Careclean AWP De-Scale

Careclean AWP De-Scale is a non corrosive organic acid powder, detergents and surfactants specially developed for the removal of scales in Vacuum toilet systems, heat exchangers, common headers and other parts of an AWP system. Careclean AWP De-Scale is highly effective on limescale (Calcium Carbonate), urea stones and similar scales present in lines and headers of AWP systems. AWP De-Scale can be used safely on steel, copper alloys and stainless steel.

Careclean AWP De-Scale is mainly used for cleaning and removal of lime and urea scales.

Prepare the section of the system to be cleaned. Ensure it is possible to circulate, no blockages are present and prevent dead legs. Dissolve 10-15% Careclean AWP De-Scale in warm water. Flush the solution through the system for 1-2 hours. In case of heavy scale build up (> 5 mm) stronger Careclean AWP De-Scale is required. When scale is still present reclean the system with a fresh solution of Careclean AWP De-Scale.
