Caretreat Boiler Coagulant

Caretreat Boiler Coagulant is a multifunctional dispersant for sludge, oil and deposits in boilers. Caretreat Boiler Coagulant penetrates the sludge deposits and disperses the particles, which are then easier removed with a boiler Blow Down. Caretreat Boiler Coagulant keeps the boiler clean and free from deposits and extends the boiler efficiency and reduces the need for boiler (chemical) cleaning.

Caretreat Boiler Coagulant is initially dosed at 15 ml per day per ton water volume. Bottom blow down of the boiler should be done every day when Caretreat Boiler Coagulant is dosed daily.

When the amount of sludge is becoming less during each blow down of the boiler the dosage of Caretreat Boiler Coagulant can be lowered slowly per steps of 3 ml per day per ton water volume. In case the amount of sludge is not reduced, raise the dosage of Caretreat Boiler Coagulant in steps of 3 ml per day per ton water volume. Control the amount of sludge during each blow down of the boiler and adjust the dosage.

Control the boiler water samples visually on turbidity. Boiler water should be clear and transparent. Turbid boiler water is an indication the dosage of Caretreat Boiler Coagulant should be raised and more frequent or more volume of bottom blow down is required.
