Careclean Bulk HC-P

Careclean Bulk HC-P is a strong alkaline foam cleaner suited to remove residues of bulk loads such as coal, pet coke, sulphur and clay from bulk holds by means of (foaming) hold wash systems.

Careclean Bulk HC-P provides economic removal of:

• Clay and Sulphur residues
• Coal (tar pitch) and pet coke residues

Careclean Bulk HC-P is used to clean cargo holds after carrying cargoes such as pet coke, coal and mineral ores. After de-mucking, sweeping, and pre-washing, apply Careclean Bulk HC-P in a 10 - 50 % solution depending on the contamination. Let the product soak for 20 to 45 minutes making sure not to let the solution dry on the surface. Then spray off with water.

Careclean Bulk HC-P can be applied with the Caretech Application Kit SU.

Depending on the amount and character of the contamination, Careclean Bulk HC-P is to be used pure or diluted at an advised temperature of 40 - 60 °C. Allow the product to work for 20 to 60 minutes making sure not to let the solution dry on the surface. Rinse afterwards with a powerful high pressure water jet. Warm water is to be preferred.

For cleaning of fire caused smoke deposits use a 1 - 10 % solution.

Careclean Bulk HC-P is suitable for use on most metals except for aluminum, tin, zinc and galvanized materials.
