Careclean Eco-Solve

Careclean Eco-Solve is an emulsifying cleaning agent for removal of coaltar, crude benzene, lube oils, Petroleum distillate, pyrolyse gas oil, bitumen & similar substances. Careclean Eco-Solve is used for cleaning of (cargo) tanks and heat exchangers. Due to the synergetic mixture of solvents and detergents the removal of residues by flushing is easier and quicker than generally achieved. This results in quicker gas free conditions.

After discharging, prewash the tanks with seawater at a temperature of 60˚C. Prepare a cleaning solution inside the tank which has to be cleaned, depending on contamination, in a dosage of 0.5 - 2 % Careclean Eco-Solve. Heat the solution to approx. 60˚C. Start circulation. Continue circulation for about 2‑4 hours at the same temperature. Flush tank with water and drain the tank.
