Caretreat AWP-601FW

Caretreat AWP-601FW is a broad range cationic emulsion flocculant, designed for reducing the turbidity of the effluent water, ensuring it is clear enough for disposal. The product is typically used in waste water systems on board Cruise liners, Merchant and Navy vessels.

Caretreat AWP-601FW is used for flocculating very small solid parts in the effluent water. The flocculated solids submerse to the top and are skimmed off. Caretreat AWP-601FW can be used in conjunction with all modern wastewater treatment plants.

Caretreat AWP-601FW has to be pre-diluted, prior to entering the waste water treatment process. Dilution depending on design of the system but typically at least 1:100.

Avoid centrifugal pumps for polymer transfer, high sheer pumps will crack the molecular chains.

Spilled polymer is very slippery and should be absorbed and collected prior to thoroughly flushing with hot water.

Caretreat AWP-601FW has to be stored between 5 and 30 ˚ C. Avoid Freezing.
