Regulations set the targets. Infrastructure is what makes hitting them possible. That's the thinking behind two of our flagship projects: TIER III, our dedicated urea bunkering barge in Houston, and UREA-Xpress, our Rotterdam-based bunkering operation developed in partnership with Yara.
Both projects exist to solve the same underlying problem from different sides of the Atlantic: as more vessels rely on SCR systems to meet NOx limits, urea can't be treated as an afterthought squeezed in around fuel bunkering. It needs dedicated vessels, reliable scheduling, and a supply partner who treats it with the same operational seriousness as fuel itself.
The Yara partnership behind UREA-Xpress reflects that philosophy directly, pairing our bunkering and logistics expertise with Yara's position as a leading urea producer, so customers calling at Rotterdam get dependable access without having to coordinate multiple suppliers themselves. TIER III does the same job for the Gulf Coast, giving vessels calling at Houston a dedicated point of supply rather than a logistics puzzle.
Projects like these are, in a sense, the quiet infrastructure work behind the headline regulations everyone talks about. They're also a good illustration of what we mean when we say we're built for the operational reality of compliance, not just the paperwork.
